On a (semi-) trailer
The incinerator can be mounted on a (semi-) trailer. Self-sufficiency of such mobile unit is ensured by optional installation a hiab crane, a power generator and a fuel tank. A possibility of burning the wastes in the place of their generation or accumulation eliminates the necessity of their transportation to the disposal site. It improves biological safety and reduces the disposal-related expenses.
The mobile unit may be equipped with weighing equipment to be able to control the quantity of the disposed wasted. Optional installation of GSM modems on the incinerator allows for remote control over the operator’s work.
Mobile units have found wide application in multi-site livestock breeding complexes, for elimination of emergency situation consequences, and for localization of epizootic outbreaks.

The heat recuperator weight and dimensions depend largely on the permissible values of aerodynamic resistance. A twofold increase of the permissible resistance value results in a 30-35% reduction of the recuperator weight and dimensions. Analytical studies show that new recuperators have some extra advantages due to smaller thickness of their elements:

Operating principle: Contaminated gas is fed to the first stage of treatment — the dry cyclone, where it is cleaned from solids. The contaminated gas tangentially passes to the wet scrubbing system of the hydro-cyclone section. In this section the high speed gas flow makes the liquid layer spin, thus causing the inertia forces to throw coarse solids to the periphery of the hydro-cyclone, where they are controlled within the liquid layer. Then the gas flow enters the mass exchange section where it becomes turbulent (in a layer of unstable foam), thus being efficiently cleaned from fine dispersed solids and gas components . The efficiency of gas flow cleaning from solids is min. 96%.
